Packet pick-up is available on race day at 5:30 N Donnelly Park.
Although the majority of runners will get the shirt size they request at registration. Availability of shirt sizes are not guaranteed to those that pickup their shirt on race day.
Event will be chip timed and scored with disposable chips attached to the back of the bib. Bib numbers should be secured to the front of your shirt.
In order to comply with city permits and provide the best experience for all registered runners the roads will reopen at 10:30am. We require that participants be properly prepared and trained to complete the half marathon (13.1 miles) within 3 hours and 30 mins (16 min/mile pace). Medals and official finish times will be given to all finishers who complete the race within 3 hours and 30 mins.
For safety reasons , strollers, bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, scooters and dogs will be prohibited from the race. The use of headphones is strongly discouraged in both the 5K & Half Marathon

Each pacer will have a pace sign!
The race start time temperature of this event is normally around the low 60’s and around the 3:25 min time limit is 70’s
5K Participants receive a mixed poly cotton blend shirt.
Half Marathon participants receive a tech t-shirt.
Dora Double receive both shirts.
5k Course MapThis event offers 2 walk/run distances, a single loop half marathon, and a 5k run/walk. The half marathon is a USATF Certified Course.(#FL12108EBM). There is a course cut off time of 3:25 mins. Roads will open and finish line will be closed.
Half Marathon – Top 3 overall male and female, Top overall male and female masters, and top 3 male and female age groups will receive awards. Age groups include 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
5K – Top 3 overall male and 3 female and top 3 male and female age groups will receive awards. Age groups include 8 & Under, 9-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Dora Double – Receive a discounted rate for two races (receive shirts & finisher medals from each), a magnet, a commemorative item. Run both the 5k & the Half and get 2 shirts, a magnet, 2 finisher medals, a special award. (possibly a tot bag or glass cup.)
*If you wish to have your award mailed there is a $12.00 charge.

Race start for the half is located at Elizabeth Evans Park. Please do not try to drive and park here. This parking area is called Edgerton Court, which is located South of the railroad tracks where the races starts, This will be closed off. The same parking area for both the 5k & half Marathon.
*Requirements for EARNING the 5 year jacket
In order to receive a jacket you must FINISH the Half Marathon 5 years in a row. 5 consecutive years = 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
If you run 4 years in a row and miss the 5th year the count starts over.
If you registered for your 5th year, but are unable to do the race for ANY reason you will be ineligible for the jacket.
Please understand that this is a very special accomplishment, and may NOT be purchased. IT CAN ONLY BE EARNED!
To be eligible in 2023 you would have had to complete 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and AFTER completing 2023 you will be eligible.
We award the jackets at the finish line right before the awards ceremony. If we have to mail jacket is a $25 fee.
